### sec.150 Role of occupier if entry and removal warrant
The public guardian may require the occupier of the place or another person at the place to help in the exercise of the public guardian’s powers under the warrant.
When making the requirement, the public guardian must warn that it is an offence to fail to comply with the requirement, unless a person has a reasonable excuse.
A person required to give reasonable help must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —100 penalty units.
