### sec.87 Constitutions of GOC and its subsidiaries must not be inconsistent with Act or Corporations Act
The constitutions of a GOC and its subsidiaries must not be inconsistent with this Act or the Corporations Act .
However, if there is any inconsistency between this Act and the Corporations Act regarding the constitution of a GOC or a GOC subsidiary, this Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
If there is any inconsistency between this Act and the constitution, this Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
If there is any inconsistency between the Corporations Act and the constitution, then, subject to subsection (2) , the Corporations Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.

(sec.87-ssec.1) The constitutions of a GOC and its subsidiaries must not be inconsistent with this Act or the Corporations Act .
(sec.87-ssec.2) However, if there is any inconsistency between this Act and the Corporations Act regarding the constitution of a GOC or a GOC subsidiary, this Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(sec.87-ssec.3) If there is any inconsistency between this Act and the constitution, this Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
(sec.87-ssec.4) If there is any inconsistency between the Corporations Act and the constitution, then, subject to subsection (2) , the Corporations Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
