### sec.79 Shareholding Ministers must have equal number of voting shares and equal rights
Each shareholding Minister must at all times have an equal number of voting shares in the GOC.
Each shareholding Minister must also at all times be entitled to voting rights equal to those to which the other shareholding Minister is entitled.
However, each shareholding Minister may hold non-voting shares and need not hold an equal number of non-voting shares.

(sec.79-ssec.1) Each shareholding Minister must at all times have an equal number of voting shares in the GOC.
