### sec.7 Meaning of statement of corporate intent
The statement of corporate intent of a GOC is a document created in relation to the GOC under chapter 3 , part 8 .
It is intended that the statement of corporate intent should represent an agreement between the GOC’s board of directors and its shareholding Ministers.
