### sec.52 Entities that are parts of bodies corporate
This section applies to a government entity that is part of a body corporate and is to become a GOC or a GOC subsidiary.
The body corporate mentioned in subsection (1) may be a body corporate that is—
registered under the Corporations Act ; or
a corporation sole; or
a corporation aggregate; or
any other form of body corporate.
If this section applies to a government entity, a regulation may make provision with respect to any matter for which it is necessary or convenient to make provision—
to facilitate the change of the entity from a government entity that is part of a body corporate to a body corporate in its own right that is to become a GOC or a GOC subsidiary; and
to make provision for other parts of the body corporate.
Without limiting subsection (3) , a regulation may make provision with respect to any matter for which provision is made by, or about which a regulation may be made under section 51 , even though the government entity concerned is part of a corporation.

(sec.52-ssec.1) This section applies to a government entity that is part of a body corporate and is to become a GOC or a GOC subsidiary.
(sec.52-ssec.2) The body corporate mentioned in subsection (1) may be a body corporate that is— registered under the Corporations Act ; or a corporation sole; or a corporation aggregate; or any other form of body corporate.
(sec.52-ssec.3) If this section applies to a government entity, a regulation may make provision with respect to any matter for which it is necessary or convenient to make provision— to facilitate the change of the entity from a government entity that is part of a body corporate to a body corporate in its own right that is to become a GOC or a GOC subsidiary; and to make provision for other parts of the body corporate.
(sec.52-ssec.4) Without limiting subsection (3) , a regulation may make provision with respect to any matter for which provision is made by, or about which a regulation may be made under section 51 , even though the government entity concerned is part of a corporation.
- (a) registered under the Corporations Act ; or
- (b) a corporation sole; or
- (c) a corporation aggregate; or
- (d) any other form of body corporate.
- (a) to facilitate the change of the entity from a government entity that is part of a body corporate to a body corporate in its own right that is to become a GOC or a GOC subsidiary; and
- (b) to make provision for other parts of the body corporate.
