### sec.34 Responsible Ministers may determine other matters relevant to draft corporatisation charter preparation The responsible Ministers may determine— steps to be taken in preparing the draft corporatisation charter; and any other matter with respect to the preparation of the draft corporatisation charter. Without limiting subsection (1) , the responsible Ministers may determine that specified assumptions are to be made in preparing the draft corporatisation charter. Without limiting subsection (1) , the responsible Ministers may determine a timetable or time limit for the preparation of the draft corporatisation charter. s 34 amd 2007 No. 10 s 13 (sec.34-ssec.1) The responsible Ministers may determine— steps to be taken in preparing the draft corporatisation charter; and any other matter with respect to the preparation of the draft corporatisation charter.
