### sec.24 Nomination of government entity to become candidate GOC
The Governor in Council may, by regulation, nominate a government entity that is not already a GOC to be a candidate GOC.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the Governor in Council may nominate 2 or more government entities that are not already GOCs to be a single candidate GOC.
This Act applies to entities mentioned in subsection (2) with all necessary modifications.

(sec.24-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may, by regulation, nominate a government entity that is not already a GOC to be a candidate GOC.
