### sec.147 Arrangements relating to staff
A GOC may arrange with the chief executive of a department, or with an authority of the State, for the services of officers or employees of the department or authority to be made available to it.
A GOC may arrange with the appropriate authority of the Commonwealth or another State, or with an authority of the Commonwealth or another State, for the services of officers or employees of the public service of the Commonwealth or State, or of the authority, to be made available to it.
A GOC may arrange for the service of an employee of the GOC to be made available to—
the Commonwealth or another State; or
an authority of the Commonwealth or another State.
(sec.147-ssec.1) A GOC may arrange with the chief executive of a department, or with an authority of the State, for the services of officers or employees of the department or authority to be made available to it.
(sec.147-ssec.2) A GOC may arrange with the appropriate authority of the Commonwealth or another State, or with an authority of the Commonwealth or another State, for the services of officers or employees of the public service of the Commonwealth or State, or of the authority, to be made available to it.
(sec.147-ssec.3) A GOC may arrange for the service of an employee of the GOC to be made available to— the Commonwealth or another State; or an authority of the Commonwealth or another State.
- (a) the Commonwealth or another State; or
- (b) an authority of the Commonwealth or another State.
