### sec.119 Quarterly reports
A GOC’s board must give to the shareholding Ministers a report on the operations of the GOC and its subsidiaries for each of the quarters of a financial year.
A quarterly report must be given to the shareholding Ministers—
within 1 month after the end of the quarter; or
if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the shareholding Ministers—within the agreed period.
A quarterly report must include the information required to be given in the report by the GOC’s statement of corporate intent.

(sec.119-ssec.1) A GOC’s board must give to the shareholding Ministers a report on the operations of the GOC and its subsidiaries for each of the quarters of a financial year.
(sec.119-ssec.2) A quarterly report must be given to the shareholding Ministers— within 1 month after the end of the quarter; or if another period after the end of the quarter is agreed between the board and the shareholding Ministers—within the agreed period.
(sec.119-ssec.3) A quarterly report must include the information required to be given in the report by the GOC’s statement of corporate intent.
