### sec.111 Modifications of statement of corporate intent
A GOC’s statement of corporate intent may be modified by its board with the agreement of the shareholding Ministers.
The shareholding Ministers may, by written notice, direct the board to modify the statement of corporate intent.
Before giving the direction, the shareholding Ministers must consult with the board and take its views into account.
The shareholding Ministers must cause a copy of the direction to be published in the gazette within 21 days after it is given.
(sec.111-ssec.1) A GOC’s statement of corporate intent may be modified by its board with the agreement of the shareholding Ministers.
