### sec.11 Application of other laws to candidate GOCs
Chapter 2 applies to a candidate GOC despite anything in an Act that was enacted before the commencement of this Act.
If there is an inconsistency between chapter 2 and an Act enacted before the commencement of this Act, chapter 2 prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
Chapter 2 , and any provision of chapter 2 , has effect subject to a provision of an Act enacted after the commencement of this Act that expressly provides that the chapter or provision is subject to it.

(sec.11-ssec.1) Chapter 2 applies to a candidate GOC despite anything in an Act that was enacted before the commencement of this Act.
