### sch.4-sec.126 General powers of prescribed GOC subsidiaries A prescribed GOC subsidiary has, in addition to powers conferred on it by the Corporations Act — the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for, or in connection with, the performance of its functions; and the powers that are conferred on it by the applied provisions or any Act.
