### sch.4-sec.121 Deletion of commercially sensitive matters from annual report etc.
If a prescribed GOC subsidiary’s board requests the shareholding Ministers of each shareholding GOC of the subsidiary to delete from the copies of an annual report of the subsidiary (and accompanying documents) that are to be made public a matter that is of a commercially sensitive nature, the shareholding Ministers may delete the matter from the copies of the annual report (and accompanying documents) that are laid before the Legislative Assembly or otherwise made public.
An annual report of a prescribed GOC subsidiary may include a summary of a matter required to be included in the annual report, rather than a full statement of the matter, if—
the summary indicates that it is a summary only; and
a full statement of the matter is laid before the Legislative Assembly at the same time as a copy of the annual report is laid before the Legislative Assembly.
Subsections (1) and (2) have effect despite section 120 or another Act.
