### sch.4-sec.1 Purpose This schedule provides for— the application of provisions of chapter 3 of the Act to prescribed GOC subsidiaries as if they were GOCs; and the modification of the provisions for their application to the subsidiaries. sch 4 pt 1 s 1 ins 1998 No. 21 s 3 sch 1 amd 2007 No. 10 s 62 sch ; 2009 No. 9 s 105 - (a) the application of provisions of chapter 3 of the Act to prescribed GOC subsidiaries as if they were GOCs; and - (b) the modification of the provisions for their application to the subsidiaries.
