### sch.2-sec.9 Delegation by chief executive officer
The chief executive officer of a relevant entity may delegate the chief executive officer’s functions, including a function delegated to the chief executive officer, to an appropriately qualified employee of the entity.
Subsection (1) has effect subject to any directions of the relevant entity’s interim board.
In this section—
appropriately qualified includes having qualifications, experience or standing appropriate for the function.
an employee’s classification level in the relevant entity
function includes power.

(sch.2-sec.9-ssec.1) The chief executive officer of a relevant entity may delegate the chief executive officer’s functions, including a function delegated to the chief executive officer, to an appropriately qualified employee of the entity.
