### sch.2-sec.9 Delegation by chief executive officer The chief executive officer of a relevant entity may delegate the chief executive officer’s functions, including a function delegated to the chief executive officer, to an appropriately qualified employee of the entity. Subsection (1) has effect subject to any directions of the relevant entity’s interim board.
