### sch.2-sec.6 Termination of appointment
The interim board may, at any time, terminate the appointment of the chief executive officer for any reason or none.
The termination of the appointment of the chief executive officer under subsection (1) does not affect any rights to compensation to which the chief executive officer is entitled under the terms of the chief executive officer’s appointment.
