### sch.1-sec.13 Terms of appointment not provided for under Act In relation to matters not provided for under this Act, a director holds office on the terms of appointment determined by the Governor in Council. Except as determined by the Governor in Council, a director is not entitled to receive any payment, any interest in property or other valuable consideration or benefit— by way of remuneration as a director; or in connection with retirement from office, or other termination of office, as a director. (sch.1-sec.13-ssec.1) In relation to matters not provided for under this Act, a director holds office on the terms of appointment determined by the Governor in Council. (sch.1-sec.13-ssec.2) Except as determined by the Governor in Council, a director is not entitled to receive any payment, any interest in property or other valuable consideration or benefit— by way of remuneration as a director; or in connection with retirement from office, or other termination of office, as a director. - (a) by way of remuneration as a director; or - (b) in connection with retirement from office, or other termination of office, as a director.
