### sec.341 Restriction on Land Court’s powers for decision not to grant geothermal lease This section applies if the Land Court is deciding an appeal against a decision not to grant a geothermal lease. The Land Court can not exercise a power mentioned in section 340 (1) (b) or (c) in relation to the decision on the ground that any resource management decision for the application for the geothermal lease was to give overlapping authority priority, in whole or part. (sec.341-ssec.1) This section applies if the Land Court is deciding an appeal against a decision not to grant a geothermal lease. (sec.341-ssec.2) The Land Court can not exercise a power mentioned in section 340 (1) (b) or (c) in relation to the decision on the ground that any resource management decision for the application for the geothermal lease was to give overlapping authority priority, in whole or part.
