### sec.340 Land Court’s powers on appeal Subject to section 341 , in deciding an appeal, the Land Court may— confirm the decision; or set aside the decision and substitute another decision; or set aside the decision and return the issue to the Minister with the directions the court considers appropriate. If the Land Court substitutes another decision, the substituted decision is for this Act other than this part taken to be the decision of the Minister.
