### sec.70 Gaming machine licences to be displayed
If a licensee’s gaming machine licence relates to single premises only, the licensee must display the licensee’s licence in a conspicuous position on the licensed premises in question unless the licence at any material time is in the possession of the commissioner.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
If a licensee’s gaming machine licence relates to 2 or more premises, the licensee must display a copy of the licence in a conspicuous position in each of the premises.
