### sec.433 Continuation of obligation under pre-amended Act, s 261 This section applies to a licensee if, immediately before the commencement, a prohibition by the licensee under the pre-amended Act, section 261, is in force. The pre-amended Act, section 261, continues to apply to the licensee as if the Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2004 , part 4 , had not commenced. s 433 ins 2004 No. 21 s 59 (sec.433-ssec.1) This section applies to a licensee if, immediately before the commencement, a prohibition by the licensee under the pre-amended Act, section 261, is in force. (sec.433-ssec.2) The pre-amended Act, section 261, continues to apply to the licensee as if the Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2004 , part 4 , had not commenced.
