### sec.432 Appeals to commission
Subsection (2) applies if—
a person has appealed to the commission against a decision of the chief executive under a repealed provision; and
the appeal has not been decided before the commencement.
The commission may hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal under the pre-amended Act.
Subsection (4) applies if—
immediately before the commencement a person could have appealed to the commission against a decision of the chief executive under a repealed provision; and
the person has not appealed before the commencement.
The person may appeal, and the commission may hear and decide the appeal, under the pre-amended Act.
In this section—
repealed provision means the pre-amended Act, section 219(12), (13) or (14), or 220(2).

(sec.432-ssec.1) Subsection (2) applies if— a person has appealed to the commission against a decision of the chief executive under a repealed provision; and the appeal has not been decided before the commencement.
(sec.432-ssec.2) The commission may hear, or continue to hear, and decide the appeal under the pre-amended Act.

(sec.432-ssec.4) The person may appeal, and the commission may hear and decide the appeal, under the pre-amended Act.
(sec.432-ssec.5) In this section— repealed provision means the pre-amended Act, section 219(12), (13) or (14), or 220(2).
- (a) a person has appealed to the commission against a decision of the chief executive under a repealed provision; and
- (b) the appeal has not been decided before the commencement.
- (a) immediately before the commencement a person could have appealed to the commission against a decision of the chief executive under a repealed provision; and
- (b) the person has not appealed before the commencement.
