### sec.325B Conditions and limit on powers An inspector holds office on any conditions stated in— the inspector’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the inspector; or a regulation. The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the inspector or a regulation may limit the inspector’s powers under this Act. In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the commissioner. s 325B ins 2005 No. 12 s 49 amd 2012 No. 25 s 109 (1) (sec.325B-ssec.1) An inspector holds office on any conditions stated in— the inspector’s instrument of appointment; or a signed notice given to the inspector; or a regulation. (sec.325B-ssec.2) The instrument of appointment, a signed notice given to the inspector or a regulation may limit the inspector’s powers under this Act. (sec.325B-ssec.3) In this section— signed notice means a notice signed by the commissioner. - (a) the inspector’s instrument of appointment; or - (b) a signed notice given to the inspector; or - (c) a regulation.
