### sec.253 Minors can not play gaming machines
A minor must not play a gaming machine on licensed premises.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a minor if the minor—
is an employee of the licensee of the licensed premises; and
plays the gaming machine only to the extent that is necessary for carrying out the minor’s duties as the licensee’s employee.
If a gaming machine has malfunctioned and has been adjusted to correct the malfunction, a minor may play the gaming machine to test that it is operating properly.
