### sec.246 Requests for review of payout refusal decisions
An affected person who is dissatisfied with a payout refusal decision may ask for a review of the decision.
A request under subsection (1) must—
be in writing; and
be given to the involved licensee; and
be made within 10 days after the payout refusal decision is made; and
state the grounds for seeking a review of the decision.
As soon as practicable after receiving a request for a review of a payout refusal decision, the involved licensee must give a copy of the request to the involved licensed monitoring operator.

(sec.246-ssec.1) An affected person who is dissatisfied with a payout refusal decision may ask for a review of the decision.
