### sec.239 Gaming tokens
A licensee in conducting gaming on the licensee’s licensed premises must only use—
Australian currency; or
a gaming token that forms part of a gaming related system approved under section 231 (4) ; or
a gaming token approved by the commissioner under section 240A .
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A licensee must cause all transactions, in respect of the sale or redemption of gaming tokens on the licensee’s licensed premises, to be carried out in such way as ensures the integrity of the transactions.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —200 penalty units.
