### sec.20 Notice and availability of standard
The commissioner must, as soon as practicable after making a standard under section 19 (1) , give each licensee written notice of the making of the standard.
The notice must include the standard or a brief description of the standard.
If a standard concerns all licensees or a class of licensees, the notice may be included as a part of another publication of the commissioner given to the licensees or members of the class of licensees.
The notice may be given in electronic form.
The commissioner must keep a copy of each standard, as in force from time to time, available for inspection free of charge by members of the public at—
the department’s head office; and
other places the commissioner considers appropriate.
Also, the commissioner must publish each standard, as in force from time to time, on the department’s website.
