### sec.19 Commissioner may make standards The commissioner may make standards about matters of a technical nature that— relate to a licensee’s gaming operations; and help the licensee conduct the gaming operations in compliance with this Act. A standard is a statutory instrument within the meaning of the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 . s 19 sub 2012 No. 25 s 38 (sec.19-ssec.1) The commissioner may make standards about matters of a technical nature that— relate to a licensee’s gaming operations; and help the licensee conduct the gaming operations in compliance with this Act.
