### sec.195 Nominees of licensees
A licensee that is a body corporate must at all times have a nominee for licensed premises of the licensee.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A licensee who is an individual must at all times have a nominee for licensed premises of the licensee.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
A licensee’s nominee must, for the licensed premises for which the nominee is the licensee’s nominee, ensure the conduct of gaming is in accordance with the authority conferred by the licensee’s gaming machine licence.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —200 penalty units.
