### sec.194 Identity cards for certain nominees A licensee must give an identity card to a person who is a nominee of the licensee under section 193 (3) or (4) . An identity card must comply with the requirements prescribed under a regulation. A person to whom an identity card is given must return the card to the licensee on the day the person ceases to be the licensee’s nominee.
