### sec.188 Entering into service contracts
A person must not enter into a service contract with a licensed monitoring operator or the commissioner unless the person is—
an authorised service provider; or
a licensee.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
A person must not enter into a service contract with an authorised service provider unless the person is—
a licensed monitoring operator; or
a gaming trainer.

A person must not enter into a service contract with a licensee unless the person is a licensed monitoring operator.

A person must not enter into an agreement with an authorised service provider to subcontract a service contract from the authorised service provider unless the person is an authorised service provider.

a licensed service contractor; or
a licensed repairer carrying on the business of a licensed repairer in the person’s own right and not as a partner in a partnership.
