### sec.187 Unlicensed persons not to install etc. gaming equipment Subject to subsection (3) , a person who is not an inspector or a licensed repairer must not install, alter, adjust, maintain or repair gaming equipment on licensed premises. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. Subject to subsection (3) , a person must not— employ or allow; or cause another person to employ or allow; a person who is not an inspector or a licensed repairer to install, alter, adjust, maintain or repair gaming equipment on licensed premises.
