### sec.187 Unlicensed persons not to install etc. gaming equipment
Subject to subsection (3) , a person who is not an inspector or a licensed repairer must not install, alter, adjust, maintain or repair gaming equipment on licensed premises.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
Subject to subsection (3) , a person must not—
employ or allow; or
cause another person to employ or allow;
a person who is not an inspector or a licensed repairer to install, alter, adjust, maintain or repair gaming equipment on licensed premises.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
This section does not apply to such installation, alteration, adjustment, maintenance or repair that is prescribed for the purposes of this subsection.

(sec.187-ssec.3) This section does not apply to such installation, alteration, adjustment, maintenance or repair that is prescribed for the purposes of this subsection.
- (a) employ or allow; or
- (b) cause another person to employ or allow;
