### sec.129 Extension of licence
A licensed supplier may apply for an extension of the supplier’s licence.
An application must—
be made to the commissioner; and
be in the approved form; and
be made at least 1 month before the licence expires; and
be accompanied by the application fee prescribed under a regulation.
The commissioner may, by written notice given to the licensed supplier, extend the term of the licence—
only if the commissioner believes special circumstances exist to warrant the extension; and
only for a maximum period of 1 month from the date the licence would, apart from this section, expire.

(sec.129-ssec.1) A licensed supplier may apply for an extension of the supplier’s licence.
(sec.129-ssec.2) An application must— be made to the commissioner; and be in the approved form; and be made at least 1 month before the licence expires; and be accompanied by the application fee prescribed under a regulation.
