### sec.109U Requirements about transfer period and consideration for the transfer For section 109T (5) , requirements about the period of the transfer and the consideration for the transfer are stated in subsections (2) to (4) . The period of the transfer must not be less than 1 year or more than 8 years. Any consideration for the transfer must be— monetary; and not— less than the amount, if any, prescribed under a regulation; or more than the amount, if any, prescribed under a regulation. Also, the consideration for the transfer must not give the transferor licensee a direct or indirect interest in, or percentage or share of either of the following on the transferee licensee’s licensed premises— the amount bet for the purpose of gaming; moneys, revenues, profits or earnings from the conduct of gaming. s 109U ins 2009 No. 41 s 41 amd 2012 No. 25 s 79 (sec.109U-ssec.1) For section 109T (5) , requirements about the period of the transfer and the consideration for the transfer are stated in subsections (2) to (4) .
