### sec.95 Forfeiture on conviction
On the conviction of a person for an offence against this Act, the court convicting the person may order the forfeiture to the State of any of the following—
anything used to commit the offence;
anything else the subject of the offence.
Also, the court may order the retention of the thing by an authorised officer for a stated time.
The court may make any order to enforce the forfeiture or retention that it considers appropriate.
This section does not limit the court’s powers under the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 or any other law.
