### sec.51 When agreement is not needed
If land that is already designated fossicking land or a fossicking area is proposed to be included with other land in a later declaration of land as designated fossicking land or a fossicking area, the owner’s agreement to the inclusion of the land in land to be covered by the declaration is not needed.
