### sec.107 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may be made about the following matters—
the conduct of fossickers;
the conduct of persons other than owners or fossickers on designated fossicking land and fossicking areas;
controlling pollution on designated fossicking land and fossicking areas;
naming, and defining the boundaries of, a miners common;
the appointment of a controller of a miners common;
the powers and functions of a controller of a miners common;
the management of a miners common, including the appointment of staff;
fees to be paid under the Act .
A regulation may provide that a contravention of a regulation is an offence and prescribe a maximum penalty for the offence of not more than 80 penalty units.
