### sec.82G Forfeiture of seized things on conviction
On the conviction of a person for an offence against section 39 , 53 or 54 , the court may order the forfeiture of a seized thing including any incidental thing seized in connection with the offence under section 18 (1) (ga) (i) .
The court may make an order under subsection (1) in relation to the thing whether or not the thing has been returned to its owner.
The court may make any order to enforce the forfeiture that it considers appropriate.
This section does not limit the court’s powers under the Criminal Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 , the Penalties and Sentences Act 1992 or any other law.
