### sec.82F Chief executive may order forfeiture of unclaimed seized things
This section applies if the owner of a seized thing can not be found after reasonable inquiries or, having regard to its value, it is not reasonable to make inquiries about its owner.
The chief executive may order the forfeiture of the thing.
