### sec.69B Polluting water in State forests and timber reserves
A person must not pollute a dam, lake or watercourse in a State forest or timber reserve.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
Without limiting subsection (1) , a person pollutes a dam, lake or watercourse if the person—
allows a domestic animal to swim in a dam, lake or watercourse; or
puts soap, detergent, shampoo, oil, grease or a harmful substance in a dam, lake or watercourse.
