### sec.61TU Service
A notice required or permitted to be served on a person under this part ( relevant notice ) may be served on the person’s agent.
The Supreme Court may order that a relevant notice required or permitted be served on a person under this Act be served in the way directed by the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court may make an order under subsection (2) if, for example, the person—
is not known; or
can not be found and has no known agent; or
is dead and has no personal representative.
The Supreme Court may dispense with service of a relevant notice if it is satisfied that it is appropriate to dispense with service of the notice.

(sec.61TU-ssec.1) A notice required or permitted to be served on a person under this part ( relevant notice ) may be served on the person’s agent.
