### sec.61TT Evidentiary effect of certified copies of documents
A document purporting to be a certified copy of the particulars recorded in the register is evidence of the particulars recorded.
A document purporting to be a certified copy of a registered document obtained under section 61TS (1) (b) is evidence of the registered document.
