### sec.61RS Registrar of titles may correct registers
The registrar of titles must correct the register if—
the registrar is satisfied—
the register is incorrect because the registrar has incorrectly recorded a particular or registered a dealing; and
the correction will not prejudice the rights of the holder of an interest recorded in the register; or
a court has ordered the correction.
The power of the registrar of titles to correct the register includes power to correct a particular in the register.
If the register is corrected, the registrar of titles must record in the register—

the time, date and circumstances of the correction.
The register as corrected by the registrar of titles under this section has the same effect as if the relevant error had not been made.
For subsection (1) (a) (ii) , the rights of the holder of an interest recorded in the register are not prejudiced if the holder acquired or has dealt with the interest with actual or constructive knowledge that the register was incorrect and how it was incorrect.
