### sec.61RR Procedures on lodgement and registration of document When a document is lodged with the registrar of titles, the registrar must note on the document— the date and time of lodgement; and an identifying reference. When the document is registered, the registrar of titles must record the information mentioned in subsection (1) (a) and (b) in the register. s 61RR ins 2010 No. 12 s 45 amd 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.61RR-ssec.1) When a document is lodged with the registrar of titles, the registrar must note on the document— the date and time of lodgement; and an identifying reference.
