### sec.61PA Decision on reconsideration After reviewing the decision (the original decision ), the Minister must make a further decision (the review decision ) to confirm the original decision or substitute a new decision. The Minister must immediately give written notice of the review decision to— the applicant; and if notice of the original decision was given to the registrar of titles and the review decision is to substitute a new decision—the registrar. s 61PA ins 2011 No. 31 s 320 amd 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3 (sec.61PA-ssec.1) After reviewing the decision (the original decision ), the Minister must make a further decision (the review decision ) to confirm the original decision or substitute a new decision.
