### sec.61P Applying for internal review
The applicant may apply to the Minister for an internal review of the chief executive’s decision.
The application must—
be made within 42 days after notice of the decision was given to the applicant, or any longer period allowed by the Minister; and
be written; and
include details of the grounds on which the applicant seeks review of the decision.

(sec.61P-ssec.1) The applicant may apply to the Minister for an internal review of the chief executive’s decision.
