### sec.61G Prior notice of entry to be served
The holder of a permit is to notify the owner of occupied land (other than a reserve for a road) of the holder’s intention to enter the land at least 7 days before initial entry is made under the authority of a permit.
The owner of the land may, by an endorsement on the application for the permit or the permit, agree to a shorter period of notice.
