### sec.61F Compensation
Despite section 61E , the Crown or an owner is entitled to recover in the Land Court compensation in respect of damage or injury suffered or loss incurred because of a person acting or purporting to act under the authority of a permit.
Amounts paid under section 61E in respect of rectification of damage the subject of the proceeding must be taken into account in assessing compensation.
The holder of a permit is not liable under this section in respect of damage or injury or loss caused by a person who is not authorised by the holder to be on the land the subject of the permit.
