### sec.60 Failure to comply with provisions of lease etc.
Any person who fails to comply in any respect with any provision, condition, or restriction subject to which any lease, agreement, contract, permit, licence, or other authority is granted or made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
This section shall be in addition to and not in diminution of or in substitution for any other provision of this Act.
However, this section does not apply to—
a camping permit; or
a plantation licence or plantation sublicence.

(sec.60-ssec.1) Any person who fails to comply in any respect with any provision, condition, or restriction subject to which any lease, agreement, contract, permit, licence, or other authority is granted or made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
(sec.60-ssec.2) This section shall be in addition to and not in diminution of or in substitution for any other provision of this Act.
