### sec.59 Transfer of permits etc.
No lease, agreement, contract, permit, licence, or other authority granted or made under this Act shall be assigned or transferred, except with the consent in writing of the chief executive.
The chief executive may accept a surrender, on such conditions as the chief executive may determine, of any lease, agreement, contract, permit, licence, or other authority granted under this Act.
In this section, a reference to an agreement, contract or other authority does not include a plantation licence or plantation sublicence.

(sec.59-ssec.1) No lease, agreement, contract, permit, licence, or other authority granted or made under this Act shall be assigned or transferred, except with the consent in writing of the chief executive.
